I’ve been waiting on my refund for way longer than expected, and it’s been really frustrating. Every time I try to get an update, I feel like I’m being passed around without anyone actually helping. I just want this sorted out already.

They did help me in the end, so I can’t really complain too much. The replies just took longer than I expected, and there was something about it that made the whole process feel a little dragged out

I still think the site has some cute styles, but it used to be better. Lately it feels a bit cluttered, with too many colors, popups, and things competing for attention. Browsing isn’t as easy as it should be, and I wish they’d tone it down and make the whole layout feel cleaner again

I tried using Comfelie, it was frustrating. The pages were loading slowly, a few buttons did not seem to work properly, and it took way too long just to find simple information. The layout also felt messy on my phone, which made it even more annoying. I ended up giving up before I could finish my order. Not a great experience.

I ordered from Comfelie because I had it in my head that it would feel a little more premium for the money. The item itself was fine, like it works and I’ll probably still use it, but the quality didn’t really stick out to me in a good way. I don’t remember much about the shipping, so I guess it must’ve been okay, but what I do remember is thinking the price felt a bit too high once I actually got the item. I wouldn’t say I feel scammed or anything, just kind of let down. Unless they drop the prices, I probably wouldn’t order again.

I had to exchange my order and the whole thing felt slow. Support did get back to me, just not as quickly as I was hoping. I’m not sure if this is normal or if I just caught them at a bad time, but it was a bit frustrating. It did get sorted in the end, so that’s good, but the process was more annoying than it needed to be.

It looked fine when I first got it, but the fabric literally felt cheap. After just a few days, the stitching started coming loose, so I was kind of disappointed

I reached out to customer service twice by email, but the replies were slow and didn’t really help at all. It felt like nobody actually read what I wrote. One email would say one thing and then the next seemed to say something else, so I was just left confused. Disappointing experience overall, and I don’t think I’ll order from them again.

It showed up looking a bit darker than the photos, which I wasn’t really expecting. Still looks Okay though, so I’m not too bothered by it.

It’s comfortable enough for regular use, so I wouldn’t say it’s uncomfortable or anything like that. I can sit or relax with it and it does the job, but it’s not the super soft, sink-in kind of comfort I was kind of hoping for. If you’re just looking for something that feels okay and is usable, it’s fine, but if you’re expecting something really plush or extra cozy, you might notice it could be a little softer.

I was expecting something soft and comfy, but apparently my skin signed up for sandpaper instead. The material feels rough and isn’t pleasant to wear at all.

I thought the fit was mostly right for me, though it does run a little small. My sister noticed it looked slightly snug too, but it’s still comfortable enough to wear...

I ordered this because the description made it sound like exactly what I needed, but what showed up was totally different in size and material. The photos also made it look much nicer than it actually is. I had a feeling something was off, and I should’ve trusted my instinct. The listing just didn’t feel honest. I won’t be ordering again...

My order from comfelie.com showed up in a plain box, and thankfully nothing was broken, so I’ll give them that. At this point I’m just relieved when stuff arrives in one piece because dealing with customer service over damaged items is exhausting.
That said, the tape was a little loose, one corner of the box was crushed, and the padding inside could have been better. It did its job, but it didn’t really feel packed with much care. Not awful, just another “good enough” delivery. 3 stars from me.

Just a quick warning for anyone worried about returns here: mine was way easier than I expected. I sent it back, got my refund fast, and didn’t have to deal with any annoying back-and-forth

Bought this a few months ago and, shockingly, it’s still holding up. It still feels solid, nothing has broken yet, and I haven’t had to angrily replace it, so that’s a win in my book.

My order showed up much later than the delivery date they gave me, and the tracking hardly updated the whole time. I kept feeling like I had no idea where my package was or what was going on, so I ended up contacting support twice just to get answers. The product itself was fine once it arrived, but the delivery experience was frustrating.

I wasn’t really happy with my order, to be honest. It just didn’t feel worth the trouble, and I don’t think I’d order from here again. Maybe it’s just me, but I expected better.

Everything showed up exactly how I ordered it, which is all I was hoping for. No missing items or mix-ups, so I’d say that’s a solid experience, wouldn’t you?
